Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingrendients
- 2 – 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce – preferably Franks
- 2 cups shredded sheddar cheese (Sharp or Mexican)
- 2 – 10 oz cans chicken breast (drained) – preferably Hormel
- Favorite cracker or Frito Scoops for dipping

- Cast Iron Skillet
Directions
1. Preheat smoker to 400° F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot wing sauce, and shredded cheese.
3. Gently stir in the chicken. Spoon into a 2-quart dish and smoke for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
4. Serve with crackers or Frito Scoops for dipping. BBQ option – You can smoke/grill your favorite cut of chicken for some added flavor.
Note: For a different presentation, mix everything up per the instructions and use a cast Iron skillet instead of the 2-quart dish. Garnish with green onions before serving.
