Cheesy Apple Bake
Ingredients
- 2 large cans of fried apples with cinnamon and sugar
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks of butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups of flour
Fuel & Equipment
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Aluminum Pan
- Hand Mixer
Directions
1. Cream sugar and butter.
2. Once creamed, add flour and sugar, and mix.
3. Cut cheese into small cubes, and add slowly, Continue to mix well.
4. Drain apples and place in a half-size foil pan.
5. Cover with butter and cheese mixture.
6. Cook over Royal Oak Charcoal Pellets at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the heated top is crispy.
7. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and serve!
