Chicken Bacon Ranch Hot Dog
Ingredients
- All Beef Hot Dogs
- Brioche Hot Dog Buns
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- ½ Pound of Bacon
- Shredded Cheese
- Chopped Green Onions
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- The “Crain” Attraction All Purpose Ranch Seasoning
Fuel & Equipment
- Royal Oak® 100% All Natural Hardwood Lump
- Royal Oak® Tumbleweeds
- Tablespoon
- Bowl
Directions
1. Fire up your grill with Royal Oak Lump Charcoal.
2. Make your Ranch Dressing – Mix sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise together with 3 Tablespoons of the “Crain” Attraction Ranch all purpose seasoning.
3. Season your hot dogs and chicken breast with the “Crain” Attraction seasoning.
4. Once your grill is hot and ready place your seasoned hot dogs and chicken breast on the grill grates. Grill your hot dogs to your liking and take your chicken breast to at least 165 degrees internal temperature and shred the chicken once done.
5. While your meat is grilling, fry up a ½ pound of bacon. Crumble it once done.
6. Time to build the chicken bacon ranch hot dog.
*Bun
*Drizzle Ranch Dressing on bottom of bun
*Place hot dog in bun
*Top with shredded chicken
*Top with shredded cheese
*Top with crumbled bacon
*Another drizzle of Ranch dressing
*Top with chopped green onions
*Sprinkle with the “Crain” attraction seasoning
