Christmas Apple Pie Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz. apple juice
- 1.5 oz. whipped cream or vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. smoked cinnamon simple syrup
- .5 oz. pasteurized egg whites (from the carton)
- ¼ oz. lemon juice
Smoked Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Equipment & Fuel
- Royal Oak® Lump Charcoal
- Royal Oak® Tumbleweeds
- Charcoal Grill
- 2 Glasses
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled and well combined.
2. The egg whites will make the drink very smooth and create a great foam on top of the drink.
3. Pour into your favorite glass, top with additional cinnamon, and enjoy.
Smoked Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
1. Light your grill or smoker with royal oak lump charcoal and bring it up to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients into a pan and place on the smoker.
3. Stir about every 10 minutes and cook until the sugar and water combine, this should take about 30 minutes.
4. Pour into a container and chill until needed.
