Christmas Caramel Apple Cranberry Bourbon Galette
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated roll-out pie crust
- 3-4 apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup bourbon (optional)
- 1/2 cup ready-to-serve caramel sauce
- 3 tbsp AP flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp milk or cream

Directions
1.Preheat grill to 375 and make sheet of foil.
2.Soak cranberries in bourbon for 15 minutes.
3.Peel and slice apples.
4.Mix cinnamon and nutmeg into flour.
5.Toss apples, flour mixture, cranberries, and caramel.
6Roll out pie crust onto lightly greased foil sheet.
7.Pour apple filling into center of crust, leaving a 2-inch border of crust.
8.Fold crust up over edge of filling leaving the center open.
9.Brush exposed crust with milk or cream and sprinkle with decorative sugar if you wish.
10.Place on grill and cook for 30-40 minutes checking occasionally and until the crust is golden brown.
11.Remove from grill and cool slightly before serving with ice cream. Enjoy!
