Directions
- Get your grill fired up to 275-300º.
- Take your ham out of the pack and season with Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Rub.
- Place your ham on the grill. We cooked on our Goldens’ Cast Iron with a deflector plate in.
- After an hour, spritz your ham with apple juice, or whatever liquid you prefer. Spritz every 30 minutes after that first hour.
- When your ham is getting close to 130º, make your cranberry glaze on your stovetop. You want your glaze to cook down and those cranberries to pop.
- After 2 hours, our ham was hitting 130º, so it was time to glaze.
- Glaze your ham with your cranberry glaze and season with Heath Riles BBQ Honey Rub.
- Return it to your grill and let it caramelize for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once your ham is hitting 140º, pull it off your grill.
- Allow it to cool and then serve.
