Richard Fergola’s Pork Chops

Ingredients
- Pork Chop
- Duck Fat Spray
- Apple Cherry Glaze
- Fergolicious American Pie Seasoning
Equipment & Fuel
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Pellet Grill
Directions
1. Spray duck fat onto meat.
2. Season meat with Fergolicious American Pie Seasoning.
3. Cook indirect on pellet grill for 1hr at 300 degrees.
4. Remove once 100 degrees internal temp. has been reached.
5. Cut into chops between each bone.
6. Finish on the grill until 150 degrees internal temp.
7. Pour apple cherry glaze over top of pork chops.
