Smoked Broccoli Cheese & Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 24 oz. of steam in bag chopped Broccoli
- 3 cups of cooked white rice
- 12 oz. of Velveeta Cheese
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 (5 oz.) can of Carnation milk
- 4 TBSP. of salted butter
- ¼ cup of The “CRAIN” Attraction All Purpose Seasoning
Fuel & Equipment
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Microwave-Safe Bowl
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Serving Spoon
- Pyrex Dish
Directions
1. Fill your pellet smoker hopper with Royal Oak Charcoal Pellets
2. Turn on your pellet smoker and set your temp to 350 degrees
3. In a microwave-safe bowl combine the Velveeta, Cream of Chicken Soup, Carnation milk, and salted butter. Microwave the mixture, stirring in 2–3-minute intervals, until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
4. In a large mixing bowl add your steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and The “CRAIN” Attraction seasoning. Pour the melted cheese mixture into the bowl. Stir everything together until everything is evenly combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased smoker-safe casserole dish or foil half pan and smoke covered with foil for about 45 mins (check on the casserole at 30 mins)
6. Once bubbly uncover the casserole and let it brown on top. ENJOY!
