Christmas Smoked Mac And Cheese
Ingredients
- Cooked and drained elbow pasta
- 4 bags shredded cheese of choice
- Block of cream cheese
- Rubs of choice
- Stick of butter
- 1 Tbs brown mustard
- 1 Can evaporated milk
- Bacon bits
- Breadcrumbs

- Charcoal Grill
- Aluminum Pan
Directions
1. Mix cheeses, butter, spices, and mustard in with cooked pasta.
2. Stir in evaporated milk.
3. Add in bacon bits. Stir.
4. Smoke for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
5. Remove and stir.
6. Top pasta with breadcrumbs and toast the breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
